[@Jeff_Gluck] NASCAR did see a car in the barriers but did not know how hard Ware hit. They thought maybe he could back up like Larson did last year so they were holding it to see. If they had known the Ware impact severity, would have thrown the yellow earlier.

[@Jeff_Gluck] Officials suspected AJ Allmendinger's team made unapproved adjustments to the car on pit road. NASCAR pulled it from pit road and found indeed the team had done that. The team was then required to fix it. They will be allowed to qualify, but more penalties could be issued later.

[@BobPockrass]Race Team Alliance filed brief in 23XI/FRM-NASCAR case stating the other 13 teams shouldn't be part of the case (b/c judge has asked if they should). Argues 2025 charter agreement requires arbitration for such disputes & their addition would likely push case into 2026 season
