My Viv has been going strong for a few months now, but just noticed the drainage layer seems to have a puddle of water, and roots are breaking through to it. Any advice?

Most commonly the word "bioactive" is used to describe terrariums and vivariums that include natural substrate and a clean up crew. In r/bioactive we want to use the broader idea of setting up any sort of enclosure in order to mimic the animal's natural environment.
